    <description>&lt;P&gt;If that balance is from rewards and credits then I would say you can't get it out to real money.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you deposited it there using your real money then maybe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You would need to ask the moderator team anyway.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM is a prepaid service.&amp;nbsp; There is no refund of the fund in your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7-11 Speakout is a prepaid service and they do not refund of any fund in people account.&amp;nbsp; Two year ago, I discovered PM right after I added a $100 topup voucher to my mother 7-11 account.&amp;nbsp; My mother waited 1 year to used up the fund before porting her number to PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Public Service Announcement&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM is a prepaid service and is on month-to-month (no contract).&amp;nbsp; Don't add too much fund to your account to create a virtual contract for yourself to stay with PM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
