      <title>Data Usage?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On my public mobile account it says my usage is 216.326 MB but on my phone it's 189 MB. Why is this? I just hope Public is accurate bc I don't want to lose money where I don't have to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This may account for the difference. Please Ccheck your apps to see who may ne the culprits. They are pretty good at tracking the data used here. If you still feel that an error occurred, then contact a moderator and ask them to look into it for you.&amp;nbsp;There are 2 ways to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;contact the Moderator Team:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team.       <description>&lt;P&gt;In your phone settings you should be able to set your data billing cycle, although some phones may not have the 30 day setting that you will need with public mobile&lt;/P&gt;</description>
