      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/144816"&gt;@manhtran88&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; try restarting your phone,&amp;nbsp; remove and reinsert the SIM.&amp;nbsp; Wait 5 minutes and restart it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By change your number, did you transfer/ port&amp;nbsp; from another cell provider? If you did, it can take up to 3 hours to complete, if from a landline or voip provider uo to 7 days. If its been longer than 3 hours and you ported from another cell provider.&amp;nbsp; Your port may be stuck. Contact the moderators and ask them to fix it for you.&amp;nbsp;There are 2 ways to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;contact the Moderator Team:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon.
