@Ki3 no guarantees but you can contact the moderators ask Simon the robot here to speak to a human to generate a ticket mention envelope top right for a response they usually reply between 2-48 hours

Sorry to hear about your struggles. I have seen mention of the company providing some assistance for folks that need it.

You can click up top on Get Help and then talk to that chatbot thing called SIMon and it should lead you to either submitting what they call a ticket or sending them a private message.

What is your current plan?
Can you manage with the $15 plan?
As you seem to have access to wifi, would Fongo or TextNow suffice? Both provide free calling across Canada, and cheap/free texting.
