I have seen mention of the company providing some assistance for folks that need it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can click up top on Get Help and then talk to that chatbot thing called SIMon and it should lead you to either submitting what they call a ticket or sending them a private message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
