      <description>&lt;P&gt;What am I doing wrong?&amp;nbsp; I have a new sim card, activated it online, picked a new phone number, and completed the auto payment.&amp;nbsp; Public mobile says I'm activated, but my phone says 'no service'.&amp;nbsp; Do I need to do something else?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I know that recent iPhone devices can be activated with Apple on the device itself, but I would try connecting it to iTunes using a USB cable and a computer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
