      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cant connect to the network to use my data when i am outside the WiFi area. I have shut off my cell and taken out the SIM CARD. Still not working. Bills are paid. Using same phone for 1 1/2 years.&amp;nbsp; I have also tried the APN...all looks ok on that front. Still NO INTERNET CONNECTION. What else can I do??? Please HELP ME!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
