If it's the 10 Day US Roaming data add-on...you need to be in US for it to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log into your account...do you see the $$ sitting in Available Funds. If so...you need to go back and buy the add-on you want.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restart phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
