I bought a cheap Ushining brand phone for my kids to use. The phone is not on the compatible list. Anyone else have this type of phone and able to get it to work?

What is the model number of the Ushining your purchased?

We need model number to look up the phone specs.

@Prissy33 if you tried that device with a PM sim card and it did not work then it's not compatible.

To work the device needs to support 3G bands B2 and B5.

@Prissy33 , if it is this unit, it will not work. The phone only supports 2G. Public Mobile runs on 3G and LTE.
