I was providing help to another member that had connectivity problems with a one plus one. Those symptoms are very different. Not sure if the solution is related though. Take a read of this thread and suggested solutions. You might want to search through the oneplus forums for possible other options.

BTW, are your running stock rom or third party custom software?

http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Discussions/No-Service-because-of-Wifi/m-p/126756

Hello,

My OnePlus One phone would repeatedly disconnect from network and immediately connect back throughout the day. It isn't really an issue except for when it happens during a call (call doesn't drop but definitely a huge loss in quality).

Anyone have any ideas?

Does this happen at every place? It could be a spotty signal at that location.

You can try the sim in another phone to see if that is a phone issue.

Sorry for the late reply!

@NDesai, it happens everywhere, randomly. Doesn't matter if phone is awake/asleep, wifi/mobile/none, etc.

@will13am, that looks like a good starting point. I just reset my APN settings to default. I'll see how it goes for the next few days.

Thanks guys! 🙂

Edit: @will13am's suggestion seems to have done the trick - thanks!
