      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/147832"&gt;@patc&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That is actually the best way to do it, unless you are under pressure to transfer your number today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's also much easier to troubleshoot if any issues popup without having also port (and lack of incoming calls and possibly texts during the port) to deal with. You get to try it without losing anything tied to your old service, much much less headache if you change your mind too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I always advise it to everyone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Welcome to Publicmobile&lt;/P&gt;</description>
