    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a new public mobile sim last month and I did a 15$ plan which was supposed to come with a 250mb data. However this data has been unaccessible. I use wifi at home but every time I step, I tried to switched to the 250mb data, it never worked. I have never had internet access to the 250mb data on my freedom mobile number and my subscription is to be renewed in 6 days time&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It sounds like a APN settings problem.&amp;nbsp; Enable data and try sending an mms message.
