@lanaelosta how long ago did the other person sign up. Also, when was your last renewal. The credit will only show up at renewal time. Also, where did the other person sign up? in-store, or on-line? If in-store, perhaps the clerk forgot to enter your referral code?

@lanaelosta once the correct referral code is used, and the referred friend pays and signs up. You get a text message immeditely telling you about the referral and the $1 appears in the rewards section of your overview page. Stay safe.
