I’m in Ontario.
Does anyone know if Public has SIM cards for JUST data? I want to get mobile internet for the trailer, but don’t want to pay an arm and a leg for a SIM from the big mobile companies.

If you wish, you can sign up to a plan that also includes voice and text messaging but not use those services. There isn't anything preventing a customer from using such a plan/sim card in a data-only device, and if someone inserts it into a a device capable of sending/receiving calls and texts, the notifications for such events could be disabled.
