      <description>&lt;P&gt;For some reason the on-line activation would not recognize my sim card #&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So the gentleman on the chat feature set-up my account with a temporary phone number and he said a moderator on here could port my old Telus number over and replace my temporary number&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Give them the name on the account,&amp;nbsp; number to port and the Telus account number.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;There are 2 ways to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;contact the Moderator Team:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team.
