      <title>Help with New Account Setup - Need Admin Help!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I use Public Mobile no issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yesterday, I went to sign my wife up - but had to abandon the setup due to time issue. Today, I went to re-start the new account setup process and it won't let me. &amp;nbsp;When I enter in my wife's current phone number, it tells me she already has a profile. But when I try to do a password reset, it says she doesn't have a profile with her email address. &amp;nbsp;It seems I'm stuck in between somewhere. I would like to re-start the process of signing up and porting her number ASAP.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

MODs have been busy trying to resolve issues for people who are having network issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had very similar issue as you. I registered and my card was charged, but I could not log-in to Self-Serve and when I tried to reset password it said account doesn't exist. I just PM'ed a MOD and within 24 hrs the issue was resolved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It seems when the activation doesn't complete full it doesn't create a profile. I had to do so for mine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
