    <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately, the server experiences problems from time to time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;With regard to your problem,&lt;BR /&gt;1: have you cleared the cache and history&lt;BR /&gt;2: did you try another browser to access your account&lt;BR /&gt;3: did you turn your phone's power off and on&lt;BR /&gt;4: if the above don't work, Cyber will give you detailed instructions regarding how to contact PM by web mail&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello fellow Public Mobile users,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone other than me been having problems logging into the Self Serve part of the website?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying since earlier this month to get in but it keeps saying my E-Mail and cellphone number are not resigtered or found, yet they BOTH ARE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is up with this website? &lt;IMG id="catfrustrated" class="emoticon emoticon-catfrustrated" src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/i/smilies/16x16_cat-frustrated.png" alt="Cat Frustrated" title="Cat Frustrated" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you go 90 or more days since your plan expired before attempting to pay?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If so, your account and phone number have been deleted from the computer system, and you have to start over again as a Beta invitee.</description>
