      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1459"&gt;@Jack&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First check if your credit card was charged. &amp;nbsp;If it was charged, then put in your SiM card to see whether it was activated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not charged, you can try again. &amp;nbsp;Maybe wait 30-45 minutes. &amp;nbsp;Website can be finicky. &amp;nbsp;Clear cache or go incognito mode. &amp;nbsp;Chrome incognito seems to work well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it was insert your SIM into your phone and try to log into your self service account.&amp;nbsp; If it says it doesn't exist, and your phone works, create one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/" target="_blank"&gt;https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it wasn't, wait 50 minutes from last attempt,&amp;nbsp; clear your&amp;nbsp; browser history,&amp;nbsp; go to private/ incognito mode and try again to activate your SIM card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's 4 articles on activation and porting and the Refer a friend reward&amp;nbsp; if you need them:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.
