@Wcen Did you check your self-service account? Does the addon shows there? Buying an addon is a 2 step process.

@Wcen if you bought the add on, it shows on your self service account, and you are in the US. Enable roaming and restart your phone. Enjoy your trip. Stay safe.

If not wait until the morning of travel to buy the add on.

you're trying to use it in Canada

To summary what had said.

1. Purchasing an Add-On is a 2 steps process:
1a. If you have enough available fund in your account, go to step 1b.

If you don`t have sufficient fund in your account, add funds to your account using your autopay CC on file or use PM topup voucher,

1b. Go back to the Add-Ons page and select your Add-On you want to purchase and pay for it with the available fund in your account.

2. After add-on purchase, check your overview page for the US roaming add-on you had purchased. If you do not see the US roaming add-on on your overview page, you have not purchased it yet.

3. When you arrive at your US destination, enable roaming on your phone and restart your phone. You will be connected to AT&T or T-Mobile. US roaming add-on works only when you are at US and will not work when you are in Canada. Have a good trip.

4. US roaming add-on is 10 days long and will start right after your purchase.
