@Ina1 please log into your self service account and look in your overview section and make sure that the 400 minute international add on for $15 had actually been purchased. It should be in the addon section. If not. Buy it

If its there the exit code is 011 and the country code is 58. So dial 01158 +number. Stay safe.

@Ina1 , add-on purchase is a 2 step process. Please take a look at this illustrated guide on add-on purchase to make sure both steps are completed.
