      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's a known issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unit will need to reactivate manually.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login and locate reactivate button, it will take you to payment page, if you have enough funds in your account then add one more dollar, if not just use the amount due. Then proceed with activation. Make sure you restart your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's not working, you can try contacting moderators&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/" target="_self"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could have been anywhere between the payment all the way to court card that failed. You may want to ask them to take a look. Also make sure that you are still registered for autopay. Don't worry manual payment will not void your reward, many do it&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/146884"&gt;@LDS&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately Auto-Pay at Public Mobile does not have a built-in retry mechanism so for any reason if it can't process payment due to network congestion, problems with their payment processor's system interface it will fail at random times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully they fix it one day. Until then you need to manually reactivate your account or make a manual payment a couple of days before your plan renewal to avoid these random failures in the future.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
