      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to set up my wife for a new account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got to the end of the setup and waiting for it to activate but then get an error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I had to go back to beginning of setup and now when I put in my sim card number it says it's invalid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Clear cache and history still nothing&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Log into your credit card account and see if there is a pending charge from Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- If yes, you were charged, then your SIM card should work. Just insert it into your unlocked phone and all should be fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- If no, you were not charged, then wait for 1 hour and try the activation process again (this time in an incognito/private browser)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
