However, when attempting to do so, I paid the amount for the plan that I wanted but was shown a $0 balance. I ended up paying the amount to renew my original plan, but would like to see the overpaid balance of $57 refunded if possible?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I just wanted a 1GD Data Add-on. When I had clicked purchase add-on, it put $60 on my account. I only needed $30 for 1gb data. Can I get my refund for the other $30? This is so confusing!</description>
