@Kristaa login to your self serve under "payments" tab and then "manage my card"

You can only toggle off/on autopay in the 611 service. You can only remove payment cards in the self-serve. (You can toggle autopay in the self-serve too.)

To remove your credit card, log into self-serve and click on the payment tab. Select "Manage Autopay", you should see an option to manage your credit card.
