I am unable to send pictures via MMS when I do not have my data turned on...if I turn on my data will sending pics via MMS use my data as I have the $15 plan which has unlimited text and picture sending?

You need the data turned ON to send the picture message...but it won't take data from your account.

@ematias Hello unfortunately you need to turn on your data it does not take away from your data but your data needs to be turned on
