Why am I being charged $57.50 on a $50.00 plan? Before would see a credit of $5.00 but now this seems to have vanished,

Its $50+ 15% in applicable taxes. Why arent you signed up for Autopay @mmrmurphy ? You get a $2 credit just for adding a credit card to your account. As for the $5 credit, I don't know, signed up under a promotion and upgraded your plan?

@mmrmurphy You are paying taxes. Plus, make sure that you still have rewards active - Autopay, and if applies, loyalty, refer-a-friend, community.
