Hi @Towlig,

Have you tried:

1- removing and reinserting you SIM

2-go into airplane mode for 10 minutes then back to normal, REBOOT

3-Since you are unable to use it, how is your phone set up?

Here’s how to set up data in 3 steps for Apple:

1) Tap:

Settings
Cellular
Cellular Data Network

2) Input this info:

APN: SP.MB.COM
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS Proxy: 74.49.0.183) Leave all the other fields blank. Just hit save, reboot, and you’re good to go!

Here’s how to set up data in 3 steps for Android:

1) Tap:

Settings
More
Access Point Names
New APN Settings

2) Input this info:

Name: Public Mobile
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220

3) Leave all the other fields blank. Just hit save, and you’re good to go!

Please restart your phone. Enable mobile data and try it again.

@Towlig The APN shouldn't be set to sp.mp.com. It should be sp.mb.com

@Towlig as others have said you have wrong info in the APN.
