      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try using a different browser.&amp;nbsp; Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.&amp;nbsp; Wait an hour between attempts to setup your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/145860"&gt;@hal2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, if you have any problems on first attempt, often the SIM card is session locked for about an hour.&amp;nbsp; So, you need to wait a bit and then try again.&amp;nbsp; Try using incognito mode, delete browser cache.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The 50 minutes wait time applies even after the very first attempt if the customer proceeded past the first page and then tried to go back to change or correct something.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
