    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/75310"&gt;@Cec&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if its been longer than 90 days then your account is closed and you have to start over with a new SIM and email address.&amp;nbsp; If under 90 days contact the moderators and ask them for a temporary password to your self service account.&amp;nbsp;There are 2 ways to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;contact the Moderator Team:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/75310"&gt;@Cec&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you send a private message be sure to put locked out of account in the subject line and include the following information....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Full name and address on account, email, phone # and pin#.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Last payment, amount, date, type, last 4 digits, plan amount.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;D.O.B. Alternate phone# if any, security question and answer.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Explain the issue and they will reset your password and send you a private message. Keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a message from the moderators. Responding promptly to messages will speed up service times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
