Log into your self serve account and if you see a reactive button then click on it. Try rebooting your phone. If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

@Jot1 Try rebooting your phone or topping up your account with $1 and restarting the phone. Also if you see a reactivate button in your account try clicking on that to push the payment through.

Hi i just paid my bill by clicking on make payment option and its not activate yet
