I payed for my phone bill this month but I got charged twice. Who do I talk to?

Check your balance. If you have extra money in there, that means the system recognizes that you paid twice. Then, you'll just not have to pay next month.
Otherwise, probably moderators have to step in. If they can't help, contact your bank to report for fraudulent charge.

When payments are deducted from my credit card, the actual transaction occurs a few days it is actually posted for me to see in my transactions. Maybe you paid your account manually between the time the transaction started and before it was posted for you to see. It should have just added the amount to your Public Mobile account anyway, which I see has been mentioned already too. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

@teannapif you see the extra money in your available funds, then you can just leave it there to pay your next bill. Just know that it can take about a month to get a refund.

Do you know how this happened? If you manually topped up and autopay kicked in at the same time, you can avoid this by paying a day earlier in the future.

@Daps No really complaining with your recommended link as the moderators often suggest it too. Just seems a waste when there is a more direct link to (simple) SIMon. https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
