The referral $10 credit will be in your account as available fund within 72 hours after activation. But usually the credit will be in your account next morning.

@Kevin89 as others have said it should show in your account as funds available usually within 72 hrs. It will be applied to your next billing cycle/ account renewal. You only receive that $10 credit once, but if you refer someone you will receive a $1 reward every 30 days that their account stays active with PM. They will also receive that one time $10 credit.
