I have 1GB Promo data in my plan. However, I can't connect to internet. Any help would be appreciated.

Has internet ever worked?

When you log into your account and look down to my data and add-ons does the data show there? If nothing shows it means you have used your data.

If internet never worked you'd have to check your APN settings.

What kind of phone do you have?

For androids try these

Save them and reboot. If they don't work try the below.

@aslin did you try restarting phone/using airplane mode/lost-stolen feature in self service?

It shows 1GB Promo in my data and add-on under overview page. However when I checked it in data and add-on usage under Plan & Add-Ons, it is not there. Does it mean it was used already?

If no amount is gown under data and add-ons then you used it up.
