      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 1 GB data per month in my plan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I look through my usage, there is about 10 MB used.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to access data to use google, I am informed that I can't because my network is not connected.&amp;nbsp; When I try to connect, Public Mobile says I can't and gives about 5 reasons.&amp;nbsp; None of the reasons are true.&amp;nbsp; I have tried reset the SIM card.&amp;nbsp; Still doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What's the reason it gives you?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android or iPhone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's android..check the APN settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two screenshots for you.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I know it's a big pain but you could always do a hard reset on your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
