Service Suspended but cannot make a payment because "account has enough balance"

I recently cancelled my credit card and got a new one since i lost it. My autopay did not go through due to this (new card #). I just replaced my old card # with my new card # under the manage cards feature or whatever. So going forward I'm sure it will work. I am trying to make a payment for the "amount due" ($35 minus $2 auto pay) but it says my account has enough balance so i cannot! Help! Thanks! It says my balance is $2 (from autopay credit) and it says my account is suspended. Can't make calls etc. It also did not immediately charge my new card.

Just thought of this then came to delete post of whatever. it worked!
