      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are trying to port your old number to your public mobile account and it won't let you, try opening a ticket to get a live chat with a moderator. The ticket will request information such a your SIM card number, and other verification details such as your address and birthdate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you have a chat with the moderator (which could take anywhere from 20 mins to 2+ hours), they will ask for your old phone number and account number. This will be used to port your number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The live chat is only for activation questions and is run by retail store staff. The people at live chat are not moderators and cannot access customer accounts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
