Hi, My data plan is out of data but i checked the usage and have not used 1 gig of data this month. Also July 8 i ran out of data and added 1 gig to my plan that I thought carried forward. On july 10 my regular payment was issued and I have not used over 1 gig in the last period when checking the account page. Can someone please check into this for me

thanks

Shawn

And also the data add-on you purchased won't reset every month, it is a one time add-on and if you want more data you need to purchase the add-on again.

Check you phone usage to see which apps may be the culprits. If you still feel that an error occurred then contact a moderator and explain your situation. Ask them to look into it for you. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:

Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team.

Not when I look at it. Only showing mins used. Doesn't show any data even though I get 250mb ( which, of course, is used in a day) I'd post a screenshot, if it was possible.
