If your phone is not working then dial 611 to make sure your plan is active.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/53854"&gt;@Heidy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Have you tried rebooting your phone, or try powering off the phone and removing the SIM, waiting 5 mins, reinserting SIM and restarting the phone.&amp;nbsp; If that doesn't help to get your service back, try lost/stolen trick.&amp;nbsp; Log into your account, select &lt;STRONG&gt;plans/add-ons&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab, then&lt;STRONG&gt; phone lost/stolen&lt;/STRONG&gt;,&lt;STRONG&gt; suspend service&lt;/STRONG&gt;, log out, wait 5 mins, log back in and&lt;STRONG&gt; resume service&lt;/STRONG&gt;, log out and&lt;STRONG&gt; restart&lt;/STRONG&gt; your phone.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; This may get your service restarted at least.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
