I guess I should clarify: I put a payment on my account that totalled 50$ so 57.50$ came out of my bank, the following day another 57.50 came out of my bank and the 50$ payment on my account is no longer there.

would anyone know why I may have been charged twice for my plan? I had the available funds on my account but I recently signed up for automatic payments. So it charged 50$ to my card for on June 3rd and then on June 4th it took out the 50$ from my available funds.

The payment system will always take from your available funds first before it will use autopay. Has your credit card been charged twice for that amount from public mobile or only once?

If there is a remainder it will use Auto-Pay to cover these difference.

Did you make a one-time payment using your credit card on file? If yes, then that's the credit card charge that you see on your statement.

Dial 611 from your phone. If it reports a balance then the amount is still in your funds and will be used on your next renewal.
