      <title>Activated SIM - still unable to receive calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I activated my SIM card online about 12hrs+ ago. I still cannot receive calls on my cell. I transferred my number over from SpeakOut. I probably didn't enter the right SpeakOut account or PIN, so who do I follow up with? Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Bottom right corner ask Simon to speak to a human this will generate a ticket to contact a moderator response time is 2 to 48 hours check envelope top right corner for response&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/144597"&gt;@ABCS&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Porting a number from Speakout requires the correct PIN or IMEI as they don't use Account numbers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click the ? Type mod and provide the correct info so that PM can resubmit the port request with the correct info.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
