When you transfer a landline number, the process can take up to 3 business days. When your number transfer is complete, you will receive a confirmation text message.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you don’t want to wait, you can select a new number when activating, and transfer your old number later&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

If you did, the number you are trying to port should show in your self service account plan area. If it doesn't, and a temporary number shows, something went wrong with the port. Send another port request to the moderators. .&amp;nbsp; Type " Port Request and follow the prompts to get to one.&amp;nbsp; Give them the name on the account,&amp;nbsp; number to port and the old providers account number.&amp;nbsp; Note the old providers account must be active to port.&amp;nbsp; The port will close it once its completed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;There are 2 ways to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;contact the Moderator Team:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. Public Mobile recommends that you port upon activation.
