Why most of the threads in this Community board are locked?

Who can lock a thread?

Is the thread OP can lock a thread after receiving a correct answer?

Those are actually just a redirect. Those threads have been moved by @computergeek541 and he has locked the placeholder (redirect) The link there will take you to the actual thread in the correct location.

Oracles move them to a more relevant category rather than the catch-all newly re-named Community category. Then locks the mention of moving it.

That's what I see anyway.

It makes this board quite the mess though doesnt it!
