      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your phone is working and it's your 30 day renewal time to pay for your plan this is normal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The system goes like this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Active to Expired&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Expired to Suspended with this note in your account&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot_20200205_002706.jpg" style="width: 776px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/33747i5667447A95B31288/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screenshot_20200205_002706.jpg" alt="Screenshot_20200205_002706.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Once system processes the payment and updates your account it will go back to active.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let us know if your phone is working or not. Did you make a manual payment on May 25th or are you on autopay ? When was your renweal date ? do you have avalible funds in your account to cover the plan ? If so your renewal might have been stuck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If thats the case try the lost/stolen trick. Login to selfserve. Go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plans and Add-ons&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;tab. Then choose&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Lost/Stolen Phone&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;tab. &amp;nbsp;The choose&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Suspend Service&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;tab. &amp;nbsp;Logout.&amp;nbsp; Wait few minutes.&amp;nbsp; Login in and report your phone found.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Reboot phone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you blindly signed on not bothering to read a small bit about how things are done, it's on you not them. So instead of "bleeping" why don't you go back to your other message where a number of people have replied in an effort to help you out. People are pretty quick to help on here and usually you will see some sort of reply within minutes during the day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The renewal will take the money from your available funds and you can just leave the credit card on file for the autopay reward.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
