Online from Public Mobile. My receipt says total cost $11.30, charged $14.69. Free shipping.

@woolfcoop @Hi it should be 11.30 As you say,if you click on the? Lower right hand corner and ask Simon to speak to a human this will create a ticket to speak to a moderator tell them your issue good luck

What does it say who charged you

Do you have another plan 15+autopay also on that card?

It should cost $10 + tax.

@woolfcoop to get a refund contact the moderators and explain overcharged for SIM card. Double-check your statement you may have the $11.30 charge somewhere else.

But that charge is for a 15.00 plan minus autopay 2.00.

13.00 x1.13 = $14.69
