Send them another port request. Type "Port Request " and follow the prompts to get to one. Give them the name on the account, the number to port and the Telus account number.&amp;nbsp;There are 2 ways to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;contact the Moderator Team:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team.       <title>Moderator not getting back to me!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently signed up with public mobile and want to port my old number with Telus. I have a small business, and currently no one can call me! I asked last Wednesday for a moderator to contact me, and nothing yet, so I submitted yet another ticket.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is a very urgent matter, but i am frustrated that I cant get it dealt with. Do they normally take way over 48 hours to get back to you?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Check the little envelope icon on top right side of the page ...that's where you'll get their response. Anything there now ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
