Can someone please help me and tell me how I go about getting a PUK number so I can unlock my previous sim so I can obtain my contacts....OMG

@bailee8675309 you're previous sim from public? if you had a sim pin lock on and you entered it incorrectly 3 times you get the PUK code.

@bailee8675309 usually the phone stores your contacts. It sounds like the phone may be locked to your previous provider contact them and ask them to unlock it for you.Stay safe.

@bailee8675309 if you locked the SIM by entering the incorrect pin several times they can get you the PUK from Public Mobile.

If when you inserted the SIM it was asking for a PUK your phone was locked before hand you will need to contact the previous provider to unlock the phone. If its a samsung you can contact samsung canada.

@bailee8675309 These days, it extremely rare for contacts to be saved on a sim card unless the user manually told the phone to write/save them there. Did you do that? If not, you probably don't need of your previous sim card. But, if you do still need the PUK the previous sim card, is it a Public Mobile sim?
