      <title>Add On's Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've added 1GB add on and I had 500Mbs left so I added another 1GB knowing that my Add Ons Data will carry over to my next pay period which is in 2 days. Public Mobile REMOVED my 500MBs when I added the extra 1GB!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

More than one might get added together. If the 500MB is gone, it means it's been used.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The add-on should remain in your account until used up.&amp;nbsp; Check your self account under data and add-ons.&amp;nbsp; If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If 500mb disappeared, that means they were used. However, there may be a system mistake, so you could contact moderators to investigate your case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
