Nothing as you can't go over. Data just stops once you used all up.

Then options are buy an add-on. Renew plan early via moderators or change plan to a higher plan with more data via your self serve account.

@Nikkicassandra it stops working until your next cycle renewal date, when you pay and it resets itself. There are no overages here. Stay safe.
