Wrote &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Port number over&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt; in the subject.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;They asked me for:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The phone number&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The account number&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The name on the account&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;After I gave them this information they ported the number over in less than 10 minutes and everything was up and running.
