      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for the voucher to become active. When did you purchase it?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are you adding the voucher by self service or dialing 611. If you are using self service make sure you clear your history/cache and then open a new browser in incognito/private mode.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some of the vouchers sold at retail, aren't "activated" until several hours after the sale.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try adding it by calling 611.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How long ago did you purchase it? If you just purchased it and are trying it likely not activated yet. Take 20 minutes to an hour....(some other vouchers people say up to 24 hours. I never seen those. I'm talking about the printouts you get at corner stores, gas stations, etc)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can add it two was. By calling 611 or by logging into your self serve account and clicking make a payment. Then on the payment page there is a drop down from credit card to voucher.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some vouchers have two 12 digit numbers. Ensure you're entering the right one. Usually most say PIN followed by a 12 digit number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But that's just my best guess.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
