      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone is not working but it shows active. Payment made but not due until May 29.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shut phone off and waited. Nothing!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Need this fixed or my money back so I can get a working plan&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then put the SIM card back in after a few minutes then turn your phone back on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure you are set to the public mobile network.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is an iPhone 6s, not a new activation. This is month 3, no issues the last 2 renewals. I am frustrated and considering switching my 3 phones to a different carrier that has a customer service to fix these issues(or not have them)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
